Most of the time it's A2P 10DLC registration. Carriers now block or filter business texts from numbers that aren't registered.
What is A2P 10DLC?
It's the registration carriers require for businesses sending texts from a regular 10-digit number. It ties your number to your business so your messages are trusted.
Why are my Lofty emails going to spam?
Usually because they're sent from an unverified domain or a free Gmail address. Setting up and verifying a sending domain fixes most of it.
Do I need my own domain to send email from Lofty?
To get good delivery, yes. Your website domain works. We add the records and verify it.
How long does A2P approval take?
It varies. Having the right business details ready before you submit is what keeps it from getting rejected and resubmitted.
