Do I need to already have Lofty before working with you? +
No, but you'll need a Lofty account before we start building. If you don't have one yet, we can guide you through getting set up — and tell you honestly whether Lofty is the right fit for your business before you commit. We don't sell Lofty — we just specialize in it.
Does Lofty's AI actually work? I keep hearing about it but I'm skeptical. +
Yes — Lofty's AI Assistant is one of the strongest in the real estate CRM space. It can screen inbound leads, ask qualifying questions about budget and timeline, and book appointments automatically. The catch is it has to be configured well. A poorly-tuned AI sounds robotic, asks the wrong questions, and annoys leads. AI tuning is included in our Scale and Dominate packages — we write the prompts, set the escalation rules, and configure the qualifying flows so your AI actually represents your business. Most "AI doesn't work" stories aren't Lofty's fault — they're setup problems.
How long does the buildout actually take? +
Delivery time depends on package complexity. Launch buildouts take about 10 days. Scale takes 10–14 days because of the AI Assistant tuning, additional Smart Plans, and integrations. Dominate is 14 days due to the GBP optimization and press release work. We move fast because every week your system is broken is a week you're losing leads.
What if my Lofty is already partially set up? +
That's most of our work, actually. We come in, audit what's already there, fix what's broken, and finish what was never finished. You don't have to start over — we work with what you have.
Will I own the work after the buildout? +
100% yes. Everything we build inside your Lofty account stays with you forever. No subscription fees to us, no "we'll take it back if you stop paying." You own the configuration, the Smart Plans, the website, all of it.
Do you offer ongoing support after the buildout? +
Yes — we have ongoing consulting, training, and management add-ons available. After the buildout, some agents are good to go on their own. Others want us to keep optimizing. We'll match what you actually need.
What if I just need a tune-up, not a full buildout? +
We do those too. Tune-ups are billed by scope — tell us what's broken and we'll quote the fix. Common tune-ups include adding Smart Plans, fixing lead routing, redoing the website, or A2P registration cleanup.
Do you build out team CRMs, or just for solo agents? +
Both. We work with solo agents, small teams, and full brokerages. Team buildouts include lead routing, agent permissions, role-based pipelines, and group training sessions. Pricing scales with team size — contact us for a custom quote.
