Alright, we have to start with establishing some categories first. My 5 sample categories are going to be:

Now that we have the 5 real estate blogging categories set, we need to turn those into 50 different posts, but how? I like to use my handy dandy “10 Things Bank”. This bank is a list of headlines. For example: 10 First Time Home Buyer Mistakes. When you add 10 to the beginning of almost any headline it will automatically spark writing ideas and give lots of value to your readers. Let’s look into this a little further. Below I have broken down each category from above into sample headlines using the number “10” at the beginning of each sentence.
There’s so much you can say to help potential homebuyers navigate the market. Here’s how you can break it down:
